Jollibee celebrates the first of summer by treating its fans to exclusive fun-filled indoor cycling classes. Indoor cycling also called spinning, is one of today’s trendiest workouts that utilizes high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on a stationary bike. The free sessions start with a quick Cycling 101 and other important tips and tricks on the bike to help prep participants for the intense workout.
